He paints and he stains: cottage, house, shed, porch, fence. The whole building is finished before he leaves.

Renovation and construction

Decks, porches, stairs, docks, parging, sheds, gutters: repaired, or built from scratch. Tell him what is worn out or missing and you get an answer right away.

Yard opening and closing

In spring, the leaves and the gravel the plough left behind go out. In fall, the tarps go down before the snow.

Snow removal and roofs

Something new this season: Joe is leaving the tractor in the garage and doing residential driveways by shovel. Gas costs too much.
